At REHAUS, we want you to love your home; if your new furniture or decor doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your REHAUS account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific items you wish to return and click the 'Request Return' button.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back into its original box with all protective padding, hardware, and instruction manuals included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
